International Summer School on Banking and Finance Law

ELSA Bucharest (The European Law Students' Association) is proud to bring to your attention the 2nd Edition of Banking and Finance Law - International Summer School, event which will take place during the 18th and 29th of July, 2010, in Brasov county, one of the most beautiful mountainous regions in Romania.

Since the first BFL Summer School’s Academic Agenda was mainly based on litigation related aspects of Banking and Finance Law (including settlement of disputes within international financial institutions, international arbitration, enforcing of banking titles and debt recovery), this year’s ELSA Bucharest Summer School plans to shift the focus from conflict to compromise.
